| Do you provide projector and screen for presentation of the video? | Yes, we provide projector, DVD player or laptop, speakers, and portable screen for presentation of your Video Keepsake. How quickly can you put together a video? | We ask for three weeks from the Pictures Due Date until the Video Completion Date, but a project can be completed in less time. Our intent is to have the client completely satisfied with the end result. Getting an early start allows for preview. |
What if I find some pictures that I really want to add to the video, after the Pictures Due Date? | The video is a "work in progress" until the final production. Adding pictures after the Pictures Due Date is not a problem! |
Why is the Wedding Prelude different from the other options? | The Wedding Prelude is a Microsoft PowerPoint slideshow instead of a DVD because it can easily be shown in many sanctuaries that have the audio/video equipment and built-in screens used in contemporary worship services. PowerPoint allows for some interesting animation for this love story collage. |
Why does photo scanning cost extra? | You have the option of scanning your photos yourself to save the extra cost. Photo scanning is tedious and time consuming. If you do not have your own scanner, you can do this at Walgreens. Allow several minutes for each photo scanned. The higher the resolution, the better the quality of your video. |
Why don't you have sample videos available to view on your website? | Even short clips of video would take a long time to load and view on the website. We offer a Free Video Keepsakes Sampler DVD to anyone who wants to get a first-hand look at our work. We also offer a free, no-obligation consultation at which all of our sample DVD's are available for viewing. |
Do you transfer VHS to DVD? | This service is available at Walgreens for a reasonable price. |

Can I have a different color scheme from those shown on the website? | We would be happy to work with you to create a unique decor theme. |
What scarf colors are available? | Silk Rose, Soft Pink, Burgundy Silk, Sheer Blue, Celery Green, Plum Velour, White Lace, Ecru Lace, Pale Yellow, Tiffany Blue, Mint Green, and any color offered by The Linen House. |
What floral colors are available? | Your centerpieces will be adorned with YOUR wedding colors. We have many colors available for inspiration, but we tailor your arrangements to your exact taste. |
Are the table decorations for sale? | No. Table decorations provided with the Silk Settings packages are not for sale . . . theyare set up before and removed after your event. If you are interested, ask about purchasing our custom silk floral arrangements. See "Shop B & B." |
Why are the centerpieces "freshly crafted?" | For Two Reasons: 1) We all know that silk arrangements are difficult to keep clean. Our silk flowers are stored in containers to ensure your centerpieces are as "fresh" as possible for your event. 2) Crafting your centerpieces especially for you means that we can create exactly the right look for you. |
Why are you only able to provide decorations for 25 tables? | We have to be able to transport the centerpieces. Larger parties will be considered on an individual basis. |
